Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking event tickets on TicketZAa.
1. User Agreement
By accessing TicketZAa (https://ticketzaa.com) or completing a ticket booking for Dharmapuri Diwali Dhamaka 2026, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking tickets on this website.
2. Ticket Booking & Venue Entry Rules
- Unique E-Ticket Pass: Each completed ticket booking generates a digital E-Ticket with a unique QR code sent to your registered phone number / email.
- Mandatory Verification: Attendees must present the valid E-Ticket QR Code on their mobile screen at the entrance of Jothi Mahal, Dharmapuri.
- One-Time QR Scan: Each QR code is valid for one-time scan entry per ticket. Duplicate copies or unauthorized resold tickets will be rejected by our automated scanner system at the gate.
- Age & Admission: Children above 5 years require a standard entry ticket pass.
3. Pricing & Payments
All ticket prices listed on TicketZAa are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). Applicable platform/gateway processing fees may apply at checkout.
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Netbanking.
4. Event Conduct & Security Policy
- Dangerous items, weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited inside Jothi Mahal premises.
- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee displaying disruptive behavior without refund.
- Organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at the venue.
5. Modification of Event Flow
The event management reserves the right to make minor adjustments to artist performance timings or celebrity appearance sequences if required due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.
