1. Electronic Ticket Delivery (Digital Product)
TicketZAa (https://ticketzaa.com) is an online digital event ticket booking portal. We provide electronic tickets (E-Tickets) for the Dharmapuri Diwali Dhamaka 2026 festival.
Zero Shipping Fee / 100% Digital Delivery: No physical goods or paper passes are shipped via postal or courier services. Consequently, there are zero shipping charges.
2. Delivery Timeline & Channels
Upon successful payment completion on Razorpay, your digital ticket pass with a unique entry QR code is generated instantly:
- Instant On-Screen Display: Your E-Ticket QR Code is displayed immediately on your screen upon payment confirmation.
- WhatsApp & SMS Delivery: An automated WhatsApp message and SMS containing your direct ticket link and QR code are dispatched within 0 to 5 minutes of payment.
- Email Confirmation: A copy of your E-Ticket receipt is delivered to your registered email address.
3. What To Do If You Don't Receive Your Ticket
If you have not received your E-Ticket SMS or WhatsApp within 10 minutes of booking:
- Check your email spam / junk folder for your confirmation link.
- Visit TicketZAa Booking Page or contact support with your phone number and payment ID. Our team will resend your ticket instantly.
4. Event Venue Redemption
On event days (31st October & 1st November 2026), simply present your digital E-Ticket QR code on your mobile phone screen at the entrance gate of Jothi Mahal, Dharmapuri for fast automated scanning and wristband/entry pass issuance.
